Mr. Cristian Baluta contacted us in April 2008 while he was near Frankfurt taking part to a German intensive language course due to which he managed to learn the German language in a very efficient way. So he had no difficulty to face the interviews that followed. One in the south of Bavaria and the other near Stuttgart. Mr. Baluta was accepted at both of the clinics and he chose the one in Bayern, near Bodensee.

I wanted to practice medicine abroad, more exactly in Germany. But I didn’t know what to do to accomplish my wish.

I made a long research until I heard about EGV Recruiting whose offer seemed to be a fairytale: finding a labor contract in Germany, as a resident doctor with zero costs for the client. At the beginning I didn’t believe it is a real offer and I tried to contact this company to see how real the offer is.

I was invited to an interview where my German language knowledge was tested. We talked about my preferences and the possibility to work in a German hospital.

After about 5 weeks I was called for two interviews with the potential employers in Germany. EGV together with the company EMC organized my accommodation in Germany and the transport to the clinics where the interviews took place.

In a week I received the confirmation that I got the desired job and I had already my arrival in Germany programmed.

I didn’t have to pay anything to the company for finding me a job. What I had to pay was the exclusive charges for myself: the travel to Germany (I chose to go by train for personal reasons) and the translation of the documents (the diploma, the identification record, etc.) were in my charge.

Now, I’m in Germany for 9 weeks, for 5 weeks I officially work (it is necessary a period for accommodation and finalization of the documents which last in my case 4 weeks), I got my first payment and I am sure about the honesty and professionalism of the company EGV Recruiting and its employees.
