Erfolgsgeschichten: Dr. V. M.

To leave my country was not an easy decision and I don’t think it’s easy for anybody. I felt the need for change and after visiting the center where I currently work, it was easy to make up my mind. The differences were and are huge in comparison to Romania, both from a technical point of view but also regarding the people here.

The people here in the hospital are amazing. They are open minded and make me feel appreciated and respected. I have no regrets when it comes to moving abroad, although in the beginning it was a bit difficult, until I managed to bring my family along as well.

The recruiting process was very well organized and I appreciated a lot the way in which my visit to the center was organized. I’m still in contact with the people that managed the recruiting process and I very much appreciate their work.
