Erfolgsgeschichten: Dr. Mihaela Jardan
Soon I come to the end of my trial period, it´s incredible how time passes... I succeeded quite well to settle in the German Healthcare system and I like very much the order and the way of working of the German. I´m sure that in other countries, such as France or Italy, there is also qualitative medicine and the language is easier to learn, but I don´t think that such a good organization and integrity can be found somewhere else.
I´m also glad that the hospital offers so many possibilities for professional development, financing different practices, courses, conferences, congresses, etc. I try to take advantage at maximum from what is offered to me.
In December I had my first 2 duties, I got by quite well. I was a little bit afraid at the beginning, yet the duties are very different from those in my home country. Here I learnt what means a genuine responsibility for a patient. We have at our disposal very many diagnosis ant treatment methods which have to be used rationally in order to may help the patient. If something went wrong, the fault partly is ours. On the other hand, I feel now accomplished from professional point of view. There´s no more that frustration feeling as in my home country that, well , theoretically I know what to do, but unfortunately there´s no chance to put my knowledge into practice.
