I am very satisfied about the cooperation with EGV. The staff is competent, prompt and very friendly also. The hospital is very well equipped in terms of the endowment in the operating rooms, the staff and colleagues are very polite. I was surprised when I was included in as main operator in the operating program from week one.
The welcoming was friendlier than I expected, and from the initial interview i found out that the perception of some people that the Germans have a cold attitude is quite false. The city where we live in is at an altitude of 400 m, with beautiful surroundings, with many beautiful parks and green spaces. People are incredibly friendly and nice, with a lot of common sense, always willing to help. What surprised us more was that people great each other on the street. In Romania we get to see this only in the countryside. Adapting to the new job was difficult in the first three months since it was a totally new environment. I needed more time to get used to the language especially the vernacular. Everything went well. I have successfully passed the trial period, and since two months I started to work on call. Thank you for all the help and support.
